Return Policy
Please call for a Return Authorization number or request a return number online.
Any new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days for 100% credit. Damaged packaging and returns after 30 days will receive 75% credit. We do not accept returns on installed parts or after 60 days.
We will special order any item from any vendor. Special orders are not returnable or a 25% returning fee.
No returns on Electrical Parts, Videos, Books, Food, Helmets, or Open Gasket Sets. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. However we can do a call tag for your convenience at an average cost of $8.00. All clothing items must have all tags on to return. Any make-up or stained clothing is not returnable. Sale notice discounted or sale items do not qualify for any further discounts. Deep Discount & closeout items are not returnable or exchangeable. Click here for more information
Backorders / In-stock Availability
Harley-Davidson® Items that are not in stock at the time of the order will be placed on backorder if you select to have backorders. If you do not want backorders you will have to reorder on a new order. Some items from certain vendors can take 15 to 30 for us to receive once the order is placed.
Shipping Notice
Dim. Weight is Dimensional Weight where UPS & Fed X charge by size instead of weight for Blue and Red Label Only. Installation Of Your Own Parts
We recommend that you hire a well trained mechanic to install all functional parts and accessories, especially parts such as: all brake parts, wheels, chains, sprockets, seats, gas tanks, carburetors, air cleaners, fenders, handlebars, shocks, lowering kits, front forks, swingarm, and all other parts not listed above that could effect the safety of the motorcycle.

Manufacturers warranties will apply where possible. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design, manufacture, and testing of its products and Adventure Harley-Davidson® accepts no liability for such damages. Adventure Harley-Davidson® shall not be liable for consequential or any other damages.
